By the use of a live culture: sourdough, all of our waffles are naturally fermented for at least 23 hours, resulting in a crispy yet fluffy, airy waffle that can dance with either sweet or savory flavors. All that air inside our waffles is the perfect vessel for a variety of fillings made at our shop, with quality ingredients and lots of love
