Why is Crossinology BIT different?
Crossinology BIT is different from other Brain Integration techniques because it does not train the brain through exercises. No machines, electrical devices, or medications are used. Instead, BIT pinpoints blockages in the wiring of the brain and unravels them to create clear, efficient communication between the hemispheres. Shifts in abilities and clarity are noticable immediately. Because the old pathway took more energy to travel, the brain will not go back to using it again. Each balance releases stress from the pathways, permanently.

I went to my first BIT session because I was curious about the work. I was trying to find help for a friend who had suffered multiple concussions and wanted to see what BIT could do. After my first session, I felt like a brand new person. I didn't realize that BIT could help with my anxiety. For years, I struggled with social anxiety and had hard time interacting with new people. When I left the first session, I noticed that I could look strangers in the eyes, and approach people with confidence. I immediately began to notice a new sence of stability in my life. At work, I noticed that I had an easier time with stress and was able to multitask. I could remember numbers easily. My yoga practice also evolved rapidly. I felt more present in my body, physically stronger and more stable, and able to maintain mindfulness a lot easier. I was balanced for allergies and began to be able to eat several different foods again. My asthma went away! Now that I am a practitioner. I am so excited when I am able to share the benefits of BIT with my clients. It is an honor to be a part of their journey and to watch their lives transform. Having incorporated energy/ muscle testing/ body work into my self care throughout my life, I was expecting and excited about the results. I wasn't however expecting the immediate balance I felt after my first session with Liz. I drove away and my mind felt clear (for the first time I can remember). Liz completely saved me in an intense unexpected situation. I was at the beach and suddenly got a terrible reaction to the water- my whole body broke out in huge welts and hives. I've been having this reaction for the past decade or so. After a short while of relaxing on the sand while she only used her gentle, healing touch to work on me the reaction went away and I was able to return to the water worry-free! I have been to the beach several times since and the reaction has not happened again

Seeing the support that was obtained from Liz I decided to bring my other son to Liz for his ongoing speech concerns that we have been working on since he was 3. He had mild disfluency, having word retrieval challenges, and having trouble visualization images in his head like when you are reading a story. Since seeing Liz his disfluency has pretty much disappeared and can now visualize images in his head. We are still working on the word retrieval. Not only has brain integration helped him with his speech challenges she has helped him emotionally work through some things and developed a very comfortable kind trusting relationship with him.
