Rockin Yogis
Faster-paced vinyasa flow yoga with optional inversions to upbeat, hip music. This rockin' class turns up the heat through an energetic vinyasa practice where you will develop strength, flexibility, and endurance. You will be challenged by traditional and creative sequences of postures rooted to an enlivening breath. Be ready to sweat! Variations and options will be given to make this class appropriate for all levels. (1 hour 10 min)
Ashtanga Yogis
Ashtanga yoga is one of the oldest known practices in the western world, from it comes power yoga and other forms of asana. This challenging endurance-based practice incorporates dristi (gaze), bandhas (energy locks/seals) and Ujjyai pranayama (breath). Utilizing these three points of focus allows the body to cleanse itself by deep twisting, forward folding, back bending, and arm balancing. Ashtanga is not just a physical practice. It's primary focus is to purify the body to make it ready for the deeper aspects of yoga calming the fluctuations of the mind. Come join us for this beautiful honored tradition. All levels welcome. Yogis Power Hour
Life is busy sometimes...well, all the time! So get your yogi groove on in a packed hour. This music vinyasa flow will be sure to cover all the hot spots flexibility, balance, strength,...oh yeah, and don't forget to breathe and relax. (1 hour 5 min)
Stretch Classes
yogis athletes deep stretch (prenatal-friendly). Do you run, bike, play golf or tennis? This yoga class will focus on stretching and increasing flexibility in places where athletes need it most. After incorporating this class into your routine, you will no doubt see improvements in your game. (1 hour)
Gentler Classes
we flow. (prenatal-friendly). Integrate breath, movement, alignment, strength, and flexibility for a true vinyasa experience. This uplifting and energizing class is suitable for beginners and challenging for experienced yogis. Class is practiced in a warm room (85 degrees) with no added humidity. (1 hour)
Prenatal Yogis
Practicing yoga for two?! Reap the benefits of finding the power of the breath, stretching, and calming the body as it goes through so many changes during your pregnancy. Your body and your baby will thank you, and your post-partum recovery will be even easier because of your practice of yoga during these wonderful months. (1 hour)
Restorative Yogis
(prenatal-friendly) Relax and renew. This class emphasizes the calming of the nervous system and teaches the art of relaxation. Your body will learn to surrender allowing soft tissue injuries to heal, muscles to release, minds to quiet and deepen physical openings. Melts away tension and restores vitality. An opportunity to be still, relax and let go! All levels welcome. (1 hour)
We Slow Flow
(prenatal-friendly) This beginner/open level sequence will help you build strength, increase flexibility, and find focus. You will learn the fundamental postures and principles that create a successful and effectice yoga practice. The class is a Vinyasa series, meaning breath is linked to movement, and set to music. This class is ideal for anyone new to yoga or those who want to slow it down. Class is practiced in a warm room (80 degrees) with no added humidity. (1 hour)

Lil' Yogis (ages 3-9)
Start the love of yoga young! Kids are introduced to yoga postures and philosophy in a fun, safe, and non-competitive environment. Music, movement, and breath are used creatively to help children develop strength, flexibility, and focus. Great for building confidence and preserving individuality (45 min)
Tween Yogis (ages 9-13)
Tap into the power of yoga for mind and body at that point in your life when you need it most! Learn control of breath to take you through those stressful moments while strengthening your body and increasing your flexibility and balance. Oh, and did we mention it's tons of fun?! (1 hour)
Yoga Benefits Kids
Yoga has also been proven in studies to have mind/body benefits for teens. Yoga allows teens to better cope with stress by utilizing the techniques of relaxation, mindfulness, and breathing. Yoga benefits kids in many ways, including:

We Yogis is available for yoga birthday parties, adult yoga parties, and corporate functions.
We can also create a scheduled class for organized groups.
We Yogis is a clean, modern facility with a fun, safe child play area and two spacious studios. Our larger studio is equipped with infrared heating that heats objects in the room without making the air feel too hot. Infrared heat offers numerous health benefits, including: Increased weight loss, Detoxification, Reduced risk of injury, Improved circulation, Aiding in blood pressure and joint pain.
