Wasabiya is owned and operated by Shawn Shin and Henry Shin. Henry was fortunate to have trained with some of Boston’s top Chefs. At the age of 19 he started his career. Having always specialized in Asian foods, sushi has become his strong point. Combining this expertise with other Asian techniques,and combining his skills with the experience of other seasoned chefs,we have created a menu of dishes that has surpassed everyone’s expectations.
