Even More Jesus, Stout - American Imperial / Double 12% ABV 75 IBU Evil Twin Brewing
A few times in the history of craft beer it has happened that a highly praised beer rises beyond mortal stardom into a higher godly league. Usually the recipe to make such heavenly drops is thick fudge-like body, pitch black color, amazingly overwhelming aromas of chocolate, coffee, dark fruits and muscovado sugar, obviously only made in limited amounts and most crucial of all – it must taste rare! Brewed at Fanø Bryghus, Denmark

Fat Tire, Red Ale - American Amber / Red 5.2% ABV 22 IBU New Belgium Brewing Company
After a trip to Europe, New Belgium's co-founder returned to Colorado from Belgium with a handful of ingredients and an idea. Two years later, Fat Tire – named in honor of his inspired bike ride across the Belgian countryside – pedaled its way into the hearts of beer drinkers. Now considered an iconic centerpiece of the craft beer movement, Fat Tire represents the American spirit of craft brewing ingenuity and an irresistible imagination that reminds us all to rediscover our playful side. Fat Tire's unique flavor profile originates from the late 1930s, when local Belgian breweries aimed to satisfy the tastes of visiting British soldiers. English floral hops, subtle malt sweetness and spicy, fruity notes from Belgian yeast made for a balanced yet magical combination. These same characteristics are at the heart of Fat Tire. Classified as an Ameri-Belgo style ale by the revered Great American Beer Festival and World Beer Cup competitions, Fat Tire blends a fine malt presence, fresh herbal hop balance and a touch of fruity yeast to offer drinkers everywhere a timeless craft beer experience with a rare blend of balance and complexity. Sculpin IPA - American 7% ABV 70 IBU Ballast Point Brewing Company
The Sculpin IPA is a testament to our humble beginnings as Home Brew Mart. Founded in 1992, the Mart continues to be a catalyst for the San Diego brewing scene, setting the trend for handcrafted ales. Inspired by our customers, employees and brewers, the Sculpin IPA is bright with aromas of apricot, peach, mango and lemon. Its lighter body also brings out the crispness of the hops. This delicious Ballast Point Ale took a Bronze Medal at the 2007 Great American Beer Festival in the Pro Am category. The Sculpin fish has poisonous spikes on its fins that can give a strong sting. Ironically, the meat from a Sculpin is considered some of the most tasty. Something that has a sting but tastes great, sounds like a Ballast Point India Pale Ale
12oz Can$7.00
Burton Baton IPA - Imperial / Double 10% ABV 70 IBU Dogfish Head Craft Brewery
An oak-aged, gentle giant. Two "threads," or batches, of beer — an English-style old ale and an imperial IPA — are brewed and, after separate fermentation in stainless tanks, are transferred and blended together in large oak tanks
12oz Bottle$11.00
Flesh & Blood IPA, IPA - American 7.5% ABV 45 IBU Dogfish Head Craft Brewery
Flesh & Blood began with a ton of real citrus including lemon flesh and blood orange juice—hence the name—plus orange and lemon peel. Then the brewers began searching for the perfect combination of hops to perfectly complement the citrus flavors
12oz Can$7.00
Easy Jack IPA - Session / India Session Ale 4.5% ABV 47 IBU Firestone Walker Brewing Company
Brewmaster Matt Brynildson went to the mountain and returned with a vision for a different kind of Session IPA, one that would be brewed and dry hopped with a globetrotting selection of new hop varieties from Europe, New Zealand and North America. He foresaw a beer that would deliver massive hop aromas, a signature malt balance and an empty glass before you knew what hit you. And so the newest member of our Jack IPA family was born

Tie Dyed, Pale Ale - American 5.4% ABV Great North Aleworks
Tie Dyed is a sessionable pale ale that's aromatic and refreshing. Brewed with Citra, Amarillo, and Cascade hops, this lively beer is light, crisp, and packed with flavor. Tie Dyed started as our summer seasonal. We wanted a beer that had great hop aroma and flavor, but was smoother and easier drinking. Perfect for a hot summers day. It was an instant hit, so we decided to promoted it to year-round!
12oz Can$6.00
12th of Never Ale, Pale Ale - American 5.5% ABV 45 IBU Lagunitas Brewing Company
The magical, mystical 12th of Never is a blend of Old and New School hops that play bright citrus, rich coconut, and papaya-esque flavors, all on a solid stage of English puffed wheat. Tropically hoppy. Light, yet full-bodied. Bright and citrusy. The 12th of Never Ale is everything we've learned about making hop-forward beer expressed in a moderate voice. Pale, cold, slightly alcoholic and bitter. It's all we know
12oz Can$7.00
Hop Stoopid IPA - Imperial / Double 8% ABV 102 IBU Lagunitas Brewing Company
"Clean this mess up or else we'll all end up in jail...those test tubes and the scale...just get 'em all outta here..." He was referring to the complex super-critical-CO2 hop extraction equipment set up on the table in the lab across from the brewhouse. Hop extracts are for the BIG brewers, he thought - suitable only for crummy sub-standard and barely-passable industrial lagers, not the subtle and elegant craft beer made here. But wrong he was. The New Brewer does not eschew any possible inputs. In this case the mountain of extracts will replace the mountain of hop vegetative material in the kettle thus creating cleaner hop flavors and preventing the otherwise spinach-like mess of a kettle full of super-hopped wort from clogging up a pump or worse. The sensuous honey-like amber ooze was administered intravenously to the wort kettle and the sacrament was complete. Another kettle of Hop Stoopid is once again raised up and fermented on high
12oz Bottle$8.00
New Dogtown Pale Ale, Pale Ale - American 6.2% ABV 62 IBU Lagunitas Brewing Company
A big and malty pale ale with a thirst quenching hop flavor and a crisp clean finish. A 21st century pale ale for the hop lovers out there
12oz Bottle$7.00
Dale's Pale Ale, Pale Ale - American 6.5% ABV 65 IBU Oskar Blues Brewery
This voluminously hopped mutha delivers a hoppy nose and assertive-but-balanced flavors of pale malts and citrusy floral hops from start to finish. Oskar Blues launched its canning ops in 2002, brewing and hand-canning Dale's Pale Ale in the Lyons, Colorado, brewpub. America's first-craft-canned mountain pale is a hearty, critically acclaimed trailblazer that changed the way craft beer fiends perceive portable beer
12oz Can$6.00
Stone Delicious IPA, IPA - American 7.7% ABV 80 IBU Stone Brewing
From the beginning, Stone has been obsessed with the mission of providing people access to bold, high-quality craft beer. After all, great beer is for everyone and anyone with the good taste to recognize it, not just a niche group like us uber beer geeks. So, when we developed this pleasantly bitter, deliciously citrusy, hop-driven IPA, we took it as an opportunity to go a step further and do something we'd spent over a year researching and perfecting: creating a beer that makes it possible for nearly everyone to experience our aggressive, no-holds-barred approach to craft brewing. It's a flavorful, cutting-edge, modern-day IPA for everyone. Lemondrop and El Dorado hops provide plenty of fruity citrus character and a burst of hop zing that sings on the palate. We're proud to present it to those who already know us for our IPA prowess and to those who, so far, have only heard the legends
12oz Bottle$7.00
Stone Ripper, Pale Ale - American 5.7% ABV 40 IBU Stone Brewing
When it came to creating Ripper, we drew inspiration from the coastal surf cultures of SoCal and Oz. Sourcing classic Cascade from the Pacific Northwest and Australian Galaxy hops from…yes…Australia, we made a beer both lovers of frothy peaks and hoppy green buds will be stoked about. At the same time, we stayed true to our San Diego roots by pushing the hop boundaries of this style. While some might think it lingers on an edge far closer to an IPA, with all the dry-hop flavor and aroma, it's actually right in line with the current-day interpretation of a West Coast pale. Ours just so happens to have an Aussie accent that's cascading with a juicy amount of grapefruit and passion fruit hoppiness. So veg out or venture out. Either way, rip one open and taste this awesome golden nectar!
12oz Can$7.00

Spencer Trappist Ale, Patersbier 6.5% ABV 23 IBU Spencer Brewery
America's First Trappist Beer. Our recipe was inspired by the traditional refectory ales known as patersbier ("fathers' beer" in Flemish) in Belgium. These sessionable beers are brewed by the monks for their dinner table and are typically only available at the monastery. Spencer is a full-bodied, golden-hued ale with fruity accents, a dry finish and light hop bitterness. The beer is unfiltered and unpasteurized, preserving live yeast that naturally carbonates the beer in the bottle and keg and contributes to the beer flavor and aroma
Rich, round and roasted, our Oatmeal Stout is satisfaction in a glass. It's a bold, smooth-bodied concoction that oozes dark-roasted coffee aromas and flavors of espresso and semi-sweet chocolate. We round out these heady pleasures with a dose of flaked oatmeal for a creamy body and a semi-dry finish. Unforgettable

Le Freak IPA - Belgian 9.2% ABV 101 IBU Green Flash Brewing Company
Created by converging the styles of Belgian Trippel and American Imperial IPA, our ringleader Le Freak is the first-ever hybrid of its kind. It was spawned in San Diego, over barstool pontifications between a respected pub owner and our brewmaster. This Amarillo dry-hopped, bottle conditioned marvel proudly takes its place center stage, with its zesty flavor and firm, dry finish
22oz Bottle$15.00
Breaking Bud IPA - American 6.5% ABV 50 IBU Knee Deep Brewing Company
Old school meets new school in this fresh approach to the classic IPA. At 50 IBU's and 6.7% ABV, Breaking Bud features the restrained bitterness and alcohol of a classic IPA with newer tropical fruit hop flavors and aromas of Mosaic. Also in the hop mix are Simcoe and CTZ, creating layers of mango, passion fruit, pine and dank. A malt bill with a pinch of crystal malt and a hefty dose of flaked wheat keeps the beer crisp while adding flavor complexity. Cheers to the past, present and future! Malts: Crystal. Hops: Simcoe, CTZ, Mosaic

Midnight Brett Ale (2014) American Wild Ale 7.3% ABV Allagash Brewing Company
Midnight Brett is chocolate brown in color, brewed with 2-Row, Midnight wheat, raw wheat and rye malt. It was hopped with a blend of Perle, Glacier and Simcoe hops. The beer was fermented with our house strain of Brettanomyces in stainless tanks. The finished beer has the aroma and flavor of fresh berries, sour cherries and a slight roasted character. The finish is pleasantly tart and fruity making this beer very drinkable
12.7oz Bottle$28.00
Tart of Darkness (2015) Sour - Ale 7.2% ABV Bruery Terreux®
Tart of Darkness is a traditional stout that we aged in used oak barrels from The Bruery that had previously housed beers such as Cuivre™ or Black Tuesday®. We then brought them over to Bruery Terreux, added our special blend of souring bacterias and wild yeasts and watched nature take its course. The result is a perfectly tart yet awesomely dark and roasty, sour stout. Not a style you will see very often, and in our opinion, not a style seen often enough. This unique stout has notes of tart plums, roasted coffee, vanilla and oak

Olde GnarlyWine, Barleywine - American 10.6% ABV 69 IBU Lagunitas Brewing Company
An annual release. Their barleywine style ale is dated and built to bast. Flavors evolve as hop bitterness yields to crazy caramel and rich toffee flavors
