The restaurant was opened in 1978 and was behind a strip mall in Wethersfield, CT occuping a 600 square foot space without a storefront visible from the street. Our menu was very simple and take out only. "Pizzeria" was spelled wrong intentionally to set us apart from the competition. By 1983 the business grew significantly and we moved to the front of the mall and opened a full service restaurant.
