Ethiopia Danch Meng
"Danch Meng" translates to "perfect approach" in Amharic, the official language of Ethiopia. Rich and full bodied. Juicy with notes of white peaches and plums. The Rich and Buttery mouth feel makes this coffee a cup to remember.

Ethiopia Lomi Tasha
Delicate and fresh. Bright tones throughout with subtle notes of almond, cacao, lemon and tangerine.

The Tin Lizzie espresso is comprised of three coffees - Sumatran Mandheling, Ethiopian Lomi Tasha, and an organic Brazilian. It offers a sweet floral aroma. Notes of dark chocolate with a malt like finish.
Colombia La Serrania Decaf
The La Serrania coffee is decaffeinated utilizing the Natural Ethyl Acetate Method, which uses sugar cane. The coffee consists of a blend of chocolate and fruit, providing a smooth cup. Balanced and sweet with notes of bittersweet chocolate, honey aroma and a tangy finish.

We selected this coffee out of 130 samples we tried at the lab in Bogota as it was instantly memorable. Notes of toasted grains and hints of malt, with a honey and toffee sweetness. Velvety mouthfeel with outstanding balance and a lingering finish.
