Victors Celtic Coffee's signature proprietary blend of both medium and dark roast coffee. Organic and fair-trade roasted weekly in-house. Perfect balance with notes of chocolate, fruit, nuttiness and creamy but with a bold Irish finish. Available for purchase in store and online by the pound, 1/2 pound or 1/4 pound. Con Panna

Espresso topped with white whipped cream. "Con" origin for "with" and "pannna" for cream.

Macchiato

The real Irish kind.. Espresso topped with Cappuccino like foam but only approximately an ounce. Less milk than a cortado but less foam then a cappuccino, served in an 8oz mug. Get as many espresso shots as you like! Everything we offer is for here or to go.

Available in Short, Tall, Grande, Jumbo and Tanker. 8/12/15/20/24oz. Velvety foam and espresso. Add flavors and substitute with any non-dairy and or milk substitute of choice

Cappuccino

Available in Short, Tall, Grande and Jumbo... 8/12/16/20/24oz. Equal parts espresso milk and foam. More foam than a latte and can be made standard with equal parts foam, milk and espresso, WET- with more milk and less velvety foam or DRY- very little milk, mostly all foam and espresso

Mocha

Available in Short, Tall, Grande, Jumbo and Tanker.. 8/12/15/20/24oz.. Our signature chocolate syrup with velvety smooth milk and topped with our famous homemade chocolate whip. Also available with Swiss Chocolate or make is a ZEBRA MOCHA- with both white and dark chocolate

Hot Chocolate

Available in Short, Tall, Grande, Jumbo. 8/12/16/20/24oz. Steamed velvety smooth milk, house made chocolate sauce and topped with our famous chocolate whip. For kiddos we can make is not too hot. Also can be made into a Swiss Hot chocolate or Zebra hot coco with white and dark chocolate. All drinks can be iced, decaf, without espresso and made with any milk substitute of choice. Add any syrup.

Chai or Dirty Chai

Available in Short 8oz, Tall 12oz, Grande 16oz, Jumbo 200z and Tanker 24 oz. Organic chai with 1/3 steamed velvety milk. Add an espresso shot to make it a 'Dirty Chai". Most all drinks can be iced, decaf, without espresso and made with any milk substitute of choice. Add any syrup.

Uganda Coffee

A mix of our dark Guatemalan and dark Columbian. A Dark roast with the sweetness of the Columbian and the boldness of the Guatemalan.

Java Jane

A combination of Sumatran and Brazilian, this is my personal favorite. It is low acidity, with buttery nutty tones and smooth finish.

Victors Espresso Blend

A proprietary mixture of over 6 single origin coffee beans blended nicely together for a thicker extraction and perfect espresso machine blend. This espresso is so rich and smooth and subltle note of chocolate, rich dark roast, nuttiness, its truly made for the those who appreciate the fine art of a truly wonderful espresso blend and how extraction and mixtures will bring out slightly subtle differences depending on how you tap, pack and pour your shots

Honduran

Coffees grown in Honduras, which borders Nicaragua, El Salvador and Guatemala, generally having tasting notes describing them as full-bodied with a sweet and mild taste, Chocolatey, nutty

Mexican

light body and acidity, often with a nutty aroma delicate body with an acidy snap and very pleasant dryness like a fine white wine

Peruvian

well-balanced with nutty and chocolaty tones and a sweet citrus taste in both the flavor and aroma as well as the pleasant finish

Christmas Display

We do not have a December Artist of the Month as we are proud participants in Redmond's month long Redmond City Lights Calendar of events. We are an official blinker stop so stop by and get your free "blinker light", a blinking keychain and check our our Christmas Carole themed window display which is part of the WINDOW DISPLAY CONTEST. Voting starts 12/18/21 and is based on votes from the community. Every participating shop will have pictures of their display and every vote counts. It did not take long for me to figure out that my busy brain along with my confused and empty hands NEEDED something to give them a reason to get up in the morning with more than a shrug and a sigh. My granddaughters brought me a couple of canvas and asked me to paint something for them. Thus began the journey into another tactile form of creativity and a saving grace that surprises and teaches and, yes, saves me most days. Photography has been a companion in the past. The combining of these two mediums and the meditative state that arises is a gift I give myself nearly every day. My goal is to lean into this arena of endless possibilities. To embrace another expressive lifestyle bent on discovery and connection through my art and with much gratitude, I hope you enjoy and remember…You've got this! "Life does its best to be good. Be encouraged. Always."
