Blanca Rivas owns and operates her own restaurant . Blanca named her business after her daughter Victoria and after her mother’s very own Molino (grinding mill) who has been her inspiration over the years. Blanca learned her mother’s secrets early on in in life in the small town of Allende, Nuevo Leon where she was born. She grew up helping her mother in making Tamales and with the daily grinding of the corn to make fresh tortillas for sale.
