The favorite dish of young and old is the thin crust pizza baked in a wood burning oven. There is also an assortment of traditional simple pasta dishes as well as certified angus beef, lamb chops, rotisserie chicken, and excellent fresh seafood. The carefully selected vegetables mostly come from local organic farms and the award winning olive oil is from Sicily. Monday through Friday there is a special lunch menu with mouthwatering panini. We also serve a Panino Americano which is Via Vai’s twist on the hamburger. All desserts are homemade and are a perfect ending to your meal.
