Main
VENETO was established in 2016, with a clear vision to share quintessential Northern Italian dining. Our meticulously and continuously curated wine program brings harmony to our cuisine, offering an exceptional experience for both the novice Italian wine drinker, as well as the more knowledgeable and sophisticated wine connoisseur. We continue to work towards our goal of offering a complete selection of the best wines from all twenty regions in Italy. We offer the largest selection of vintages and Italian wines in Utah. Our wine director/owner is committed to pushing boundaries on a daily basis, relentlessly bringing some of the finest wines from Italy to the State of Utah. To help navigate our offering, our wine list is organized by wine types (sparkling, rosé, white, red, and champagne); and within these categories, bottles can be selected by structure, intensity, or acidity. For the connoisseur, we have put an emphasis on Brunello di Montalcino, Barolo, and Amarone; further subdividing these by location and microclimates. Bottles are priced from $40 up to $16,000, allowing us to create a unique wine experience for each guest, no matter their budget or knowledge-base. Wine producers and wines included, are hand selected and personally known. All proudly express traditions of their respective areas, bringing something special to the glass every time. Regardless of budget or knowledge, there is wine here for everyone. We look forward to welcoming you, and are certain that you will have fun choosing and drinking your selection
Starting at 5:30pm, and we are happy to seat guests as late as 10pm.

The food of the Veneto region often includes ingredients like rice, vegetables, and polenta prepared with meat, fish, or cheese. Other specialties include risotto, fish, game, and pandoro. One of Italy’s most important wine-growing areas for wines such as Prosecco, Valpolicella, and Soave, Veneto produces more bottles of DOC wine than any other area in Italy.
