Seyval is a Late Harvest White Wine, barrel aged for one year. It has a beautiful golden color and pleasant floral bouquet, with hints of honey, oak, and a touch of sweetness. This wine pairs well with many dishes; shellfish, seafood, and cream sauce dishes like Fettuccine Alfredo. Or just enjoy a glass by itself with its crisp flavor and smooth finish. Sometimes a natural secondary fermentation will occur in the bottle, giving the wine a welcome champagne effect.
Bianca White Wine

The Late Harvest Wine has a deep golden color, with a bouquet of white raisins and honey; barrel aged for one sometimes two years. This rich full bodied wine pairs well with tastier dishes such as salmon, grilled shrimp with a butter, garlic, black pepper basting (2-3 minutes) on a hot grill; or with a dish of Chicken Vesuvio. You can also enjoy a glass by itself with its full flavor, touch of sweetness and smooth finish. Sometimes a natural secondary fermentation will occur in the bottle, giving the wine a welcome champagne effect.
