Going to Be Tardy to the Party, or Miss It Altogether?
Please give us 24 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling your appointment. We know life happens and that's not always possible. So, in fairness to our staff and clients, if you cancel, miss or are late rescheduling appointments without providing 24 hours notice, future appointments will require non-refundable, advance payment.

Urban Nirvana is an environment of relaxation and tranquility. To maintain our Zen-like atmosphere, we ask that all of our guests please use your indoor voice and keep the following in mind:
Please do not bring your children to your salon or spa appointment.
It's so much easier for us to spoil you when you're by yourself.
Children under 12 will need to accompanied by an adult during their appointment.
Silence your cellphone and please refrain from phone calls in our salons and spas.
Failure to abide by these policies will result in a re-scheduling of your services.

All spa services are subject to availability.
Prices and service selections are subject to change without notice.
Spa treatments must be guaranteed with a credit card.
Prices do not include gratuities.
