Obstacle Course Training
Duration: 90 min; $10. Tired of cycling in place on the stationary bike? This obstacle training course is geared towards preparation for events such as Spartan races and Tough Mudder, but will offer a fun, alternative workout environment for anybody bored with traditional gym routines. You'll train under a certified coach with professional obstacle racing experience, getting workouts that are sure to elevate your heart rate. Navigate obstacles meant to challenge, such as tire flipping and dragging, rope and wall climbs, vaulting, swinging, and crawling. You'll quickly get your heart pounding, but will be so focused on completing your challenges, that your workout will be over before you know it.
