Small Group Training
Small group personal training is a unique way for people to benefit from the quality of personal training but in a small group situation. Most people find that it's much easier to stay motivated if you train with other people and not just by yourself. Small group personal training offers a fun, motivating, and high energy atmosphere that gives you great partner relationships.
Whether you're looking for a preseason athletic team building event or an in-season group event to energize your athletes and address specific teamwork issues, a day of challenging team activities can have a tremendous impact on the leadership and cohesiveness in your program. Probably more than from any area, athletic experiences and examples have served our culture as a warehouse for nostalgia and life-long lessons of effort, mental toughness, inter-dependence, and leadership.
Our personal training sessions last about an hour and can be one on one or small group training. The first meeting is devoted to assessing your fitness level, body measurements, and weight.
Pilates & Reformer

Our Ninja Kids Classes are for ages 5-12.

Tables and Chairs Are Set up for Guests.
Guest Must Be Out of the Building At Designated Time.
Due to other parties that might be scheduled. This gives our staff time to get set up for next party, if need be.
We Allow You To Arrive 15 Minutes Prior To Party To Set Up.
There will be a total of 4 - 6 ft tables set up for your convenience. 2 tables will be set up for snacks, favors, presents, etc. The other 2 tables will have chairs around it for guest when it is cake time. We recommend bringing 4 table cloths to cover tables.
You Will Be Responsible for Invitations, Cake, Drinks, and any Other Supplies You Will Need.
There Is a $50 Reservation Fee Required To Reserve Day and Time. This Fee Is Non-Refundable
Balance Will Be Paid the Day of the Party after Determining How Many Guest.
The reservation fee is not applied to the balance.
You May Invite 15 Guests, Not Including Birthday Boy or Girl and any Siblings.
There will be a $10 charge for each additional guest over 15. We do not charge for children 3 & under(max guest 25).
There Is Equipment and Areas of the Gym That Will Not Be Allowed To Be Used during the Party.
