At Underground Studios we are focused on taking students through the process of Transformation. This is the whole point of the Eastern Healing Arts and it’s how they were designed thousands of years ago. We have two programs at the studio:
Basic Program- This program is for students who want to develop a consistent practice that leads them toward their personal goals. This program includes all group classes at the studio. Master Path Classes excluded.
Master’s Path Program- This program is for those who want to begin the path to Self-Mastery and are interested in a curriculum that guides you through this process. In this program you will learn the skillful means to manage your health both mentally and physically to help you experience life to its fullest. This includes all Master Path Transformation program classes, intensives, retreats and group classes. Students can complete this program in a minimum of 9 months or a maximum of two years.
