About Us
After traveling the South and Midwest, Uncle Willie decided to bring real, wood-smoked, pit bbq to CT. In these here parts, some folks think barbecue means cookin' on a grill. Once y'all try our barbecue, y'all know that barbecue is a noun, not a verb - m'kay. We took a little bit from every region that we traveled, and created BBQ even the South would be proud of. We rub all of our meat with a secret rub before slowly smoking it to perfection. Y'all surely notice a wonderful pink smoke ring that only comes from real wood smoke.
