Veronica Stookey (Coach)
My name is Veronica and in 2013 when my collegiate soccer career ended I found yoga. Shortly after in the summer of 2014, I attended Yoga University in Naples, FL and became a 200 hour RYT. Yoga completely transformed and brought clarity into my life and my goals are to guide students onto a similar path using asanas and pranayama to get us there. I was trained in Hatha yoga with a strong emphasis on vinyasa-based yoga, using the breath to move the body. My classes are energizing and focus on anatomy and proper alignment of the body. I am currently studying massage therapy and graduating in October, 2016.
