Tyger Tyger will feature coastal southeast Asian cuisine in a casual and convivial environment. Street foods inspired by food carts from southern Thailand, Cambodia and Vietnam will be made from the year round local bounty of fresh produce, seafood, and other meats. The menu will include perennial favorites such as Thai Ceviche made with Kampachi, chili paste, coconut, avocado, “Tyger’s milk”, crispy beef tendon, and seagrass or the Pork Belly Báhn Mí on French baguette with cucumber, jalapeño, pickled carrot and daikon, cilantro, spicy “Tyger sauce”.
