The perfect class for the beginning pole dancer! Pole Level 1 introduces students to the basic moves needed to set a foundation for future pole dancing. Each week the moves are put to choreography so the student will always leave feeling accomplished. Pole Level 1 is a four week series that begins the first week in a month and continues building on itself as the month progresses, so it is best for beginners to start early in any given month. Students are still welcome to begin at any time, but may not immediately learn the entire routine.
Pole Boot Camp
We will be working on our cardio and strength training while using the pole as your new workout buddy. Our goal is to get you toned with this full body workout. You will not be learning pole tricks in this class, but it will whip you into shape so that you can further excel in the other pole classes!
Open pole allows students to come work on their own to fulfill personal pole dancing goals. There will be an instructor available to answer any questions. This class is good for students who have had at least a few level 1 classes, intermediate and advanced classes.
This class is for all ladies who want a fun, sexy workout in heels. Strut the pounds away while learning strengthening exercises and a fun routine. Please don't take this class if you have any type of ankle injuries or have been otherwise instructed by your doctor.
Zumba is a Latin inspired dance fitness routine with upbeat music, a fun atmosphere, and easy to follow moves. Come have a blast with this caloric-burning, body toning fitness party!
Belly Dance Goddess Workout
A fun and sexy way to loose weight, not to mention you get to learn how to do a craft that has been around since the 1500''s. All levels are welcome to come.
This class is specifically for students interested in competing. Students should not attend this class unless they have been cleared by an instructor.
