Come stay and relax in this brand new 5 bedroom lakeview condo! Finished in April 2024 this condo has hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, and two master suites.
When you enter the condo on the main level there is a master bedroom with a king bed and attached master bathroom, open living and dining room, and a beautiful kitchen with island seating. The dining room table seats 8 and there is seating at the kitchen island for 4. When you enter the cabin you step foot into the beautifully decorated living area with two couches (one is a queen sleeper sofa), flat screen tv, gas stone fireplace, and eat in kitchen. The kitchen features granite counter tops and all the amenities of a fully stocked kitchen like your own home. The island has seating for 4 and a kitchen table in the kitchen seats 6. The master bedroom is on the main level and has a king bed and beautiful attached master bathroom with stand up shower and Jacuzzi tub. There is also an additional full bathroom on the main level. When you go upstairs there are two bedrooms, each with their own full bathrooms. The first bedroom upstairs has a queen bed and a queen futon. The second bedroom upstairs also has a queen bed. This beautiful 6500sq ft lakefront home is just a 5 minute boat ride or 28 minute drive to Twin Cove Marina! Castle at the Cove has 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, two large lake facing decks, it's own dock with 1 covered boat slip and room for 2 more boats to be tied up to, concrete path to dock, fire pit, and much much more!! The house has a 3 bay attached garage right off the driveway as well as a circle driveway out front for plenty of vehicle parking. The driveway has enough room to also park 2-3 boat trailers at the house. As soon as you pull up you'll see why we have named this house the Castle at the Cove. The beautiful front entrance leads into the great room of the house where there is a large sectional sofa and two additional chairs for gathering and watching the large flat screen TV above the fireplace. To the left of the entrance is a large study that can be used as an office or extra space to relax and read a book! The dining room is to the right as you enter the front door and has a large table that seats 10. Through the dining room there is a dry bar that attaches the dining room to the large eat-in kitchen. Gas appliances and a large 8 person table make this fully equipped kitchen a renters dream! Off the kitchen is a screened in patio that has chairs and an outdoor bar cart for guests to use while they enjoy the breathtaking lakefront views.
