In true Apulian tradition, our pasta sauce starts with great Italian staples like garlic, tomatoes, olive oil and basil. By using simple ingredients cooked together to lock in layers of flavor we obtain a sauce that is perfect for every meal and is a delicious base for many of our other sauces.
