Heated Yoga
This sequence is designed for all levels, beginner through advanced. Our practice room is intentionally heated to warm your muscles & allow a deeper & safer work-out. Heat promotes sweating, which flushes toxins from the body. Heat also helps prevent injuries. With regular practice & dedication, you can develop muscle tone & strength while you reduce stress. Be prepared, TruFit heated yoga is unlike traditional yoga. Come to class hydrated, bring a large bottle (or two) of water for re-hydration during class. Come to class on an empty stomach. We suggest 2-3 hours between your last meal and class. Yoga (sticky) Mats, a beach towel & a small hand towel are required.
Flow Yoga
A vinyasa-based flow class designed for those who enjoy moving. Take your practice to the next level with the sequence of dynamic postures. Linking the movement with the breath to achieve balance and harmony. This class with build strength and flexibility. Perfect for those new to flow and intermediate to advanced students. Bring water to stay hydrated during class.
Mat Pilates
Mat Pilates is a well known mind-body exercise system that has a successful record of creating healthy, balanced bodies over the last 80 years. Joseph H. Pilates designed a system of exercises which combine stretching and strengthening. As a result of constant practice, you can enjoy the following benefits: Longer, leaner muscles core strength & stability, injury prevention, relief from stress & back pain, better posture, improved balance & coordination, enhanced athletic performance, heightened mind-body awareness, & increased self-confidence. Muscle Conditioning/muscle Lite
A fun, high energy, fat-burning class for sculpting, strengthening, & toning. Add shape without bulk by utilizing light hand weights, the stability ball, body bars, & resistance bands. Get ready to "feel the burn"!
Zumba
This fun & addictive class sweeping the nation, is inspired by Latin dance. Zumba combines Latin rhythms with cardiovascular exercise to create an aerobic routine that is fun & easy to follow. This class takes the work, out of "working-out" & No, you don't need to be coordinated, just motivated to have a good time, & burn calories!
M.Y. Fusion

Holliday
Cindy is an experienced yoga instructor, TruFit Studios’ founder and owner, and loving mother to three amazing children. Her family is the most important part of her life. Cindy raised three happy, responsible young adults that she enjoys spending time with. Her health and well-being is also a very important part of her life. This motivated her interest in yoga and inspired her to become a yoga teacher so that she may share this wonderful experience with others. She feels fortunate and grateful that she is able to teach yoga to all ages, but she especially enjoys teaching seniors. Cindy’s life is enriched from her interaction with the wonderful seniors with whom she works. Cindy’s teaching comes from her heart, a place of love and peacefulness.
Jennifer Mitchell
Jennifer is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) and avid yoga practitioner. She holds current registration with the Yoga Alliance and is certified in CPR. Born and raised in Indiana where athletics have always played a key role in her life, Jen moved to Arizona in 2007 from Tampa, Florida and in addition to hiking, biking, skiing, swimming, running and other workouts, Jen became passionate about yoga. She currently teaches Flow and Gentle yoga at TruFit Studios.
Lisa Graika
Lisa Graika has been teaching Yoga since 2000; she enjoys leading students through a meditative style of the practice. In 2013, she was initiated into Kriya Yoga through the Self-Realization Fellowship. Through her volunteer work, she teaches Yoga to children/families at grief camps. Originally from Wisconsin, Lisa lives in Fountain Hills with her husband and kitties. She loves to hike and explore the Arizona landscape.
Diane Stallings
Diane grew up in Phoenix and moved to Fountain Hills with her husband in 1992 to raise their fun kids. She's passionate about Holistic Health and Integrative Medicine. An active Registered Nurse since 1978, working ICU since 1987, Diane brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to your health needs. She teaches extracurricular classes in Nutrition, Detoxification, Meditation, Emotional Freedom Technique, Enneagram, Reiki, and Energy Work for self or others. She can give you practical suggestions - from traditional to leading-edge. Diane also offers private consultations, Biomechanical Restructuring (alignment), Chakra Balancing, Reiki and Healing Touch sessions to restore wellbeing. She's authorized to give Healing Touch to patients at Scottsdale Shea Hospital, where she continues to work part time in ICU. She belongs to American Holistic Nurses Association, American Association of Critical Care Nurses, Arizona Enneagram Association, Institute of Noetic Sciences.
Julie Webb
Julie has extensive experience in the areas of Applied Exercise Physiology, Applied Kinesiology, Weight Training, Exercise and Fitness Assessment, Exercise for Special Populations, and Core and Prevention of Injury. She graduated from Mesa College with a Fitness Specialist Certification. Julie has also completed an internship with a rehabilitation center for post surgeries and injuries, and has worked for Jenny Craig while going back to college for training in weight loss management. Julie is a member of the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) and the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA). She is a certified Group Exercise Instructor in Zumba, Circuit, Pilates, and Weight Training, Aqua, AEA Certified for Aqua. Currently, Julie teaches Muscle and Pilates classes at TruFit Studios.
