Duration: 90 min; Free; Gi or no-Gi? True Fight Club is firmly in the Gi camp. In their Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu class, you'll robe up, warm up, and then get into the good stuff. You'll pair up with a partner and practice the technique of the day, then move into sparring, or "rolling", in which you and your opponent compete to obtain dominant positions. This is a great way to get in shape while learning valuable self-defense skills. You'll practice mountain, passing guard, takedowns and more. The best part is, the first class is free!
