Trio Rebounding (Cardiolates)
combines the cardiovascular and cellular benefits of rebounding with the core strengthening and postural benefits of Pilates. Rebounding increasing bone density by strengthening the body's musculoskeletal system by providing an increased gravitational load without the impact to the joints that running, jogging or aerobics generates. The rebounding technique maintains the body's proper alignment, and the body is strengthened in its OPTIMAL POSTURE. Your deep core muscles engage automatically as they work to keep you upright, gaining the strength necessary to keep you moving through all your daily activities with beautiful posture. Rebounding is also a great way to cleanse your lymphatic system, opening the lymph nodes every time you jump!
Trio Interval Fit
30 minutes of Spinning "trio-style" with bursts of energy maximizing your heart-rate, charging up your metabolism followed by 2-3 minute intervals working different areas of the body from head to toe. Athletic shoes required
Tri Mat Fit
A fantastic combination of 30 minutes of Spinning to get your metabolism working hard for you followed by the beautiful, intense lengthening and strengthening offered by the unique Pilates method
Trio Extreme Spin
High intensity interval class combining Spinning, arm and core work. 20 minutes of Spin, 10 minutes of arm work off the bike, 20 minutes of Spin following by 10 minutes of ab work off the bike. Resistance work can include hand weights, magic circles, bands and/or balls. Spinning or athletic shoes required
30 minutes of Spinning followed by 35-40 minutes of a blissful vinyasa practice.
Trio Bells and Bands
Power Hour! 25-30 minutes of spinning followed 30 minutes of intense weight training with kettle bells and using the thera-bands for resistance training, ending with stretching. Athletic shoes necessary

We are passionate about Pilates. In Pilates, we add a deeper level of training by creating instability in the body and forcing the stabilizing muscles to activate. Reformer / Tower Class
This one hour class strengthens core stability and peripheral mobility by utilizing a moving carriage and a system of adjustable springs, straps and pulleys.

This class welcomes everyone from those just beginning to practice yoga, through the more advanced. In this class we improve strength flexibility, balance and ease of relaxation, with attention given to proper alignment and mindful actions of the body and movement.
Benefits Of Yoga
Yoga reduces the physical effects of stress on the body. By encouraging relaxation, yoga helps to lower the levels of the stress hormone cortisol. Related benefits include lowering blood pressure and heart rate, improving digestion and boosting the immune system as well as easing symptoms of conditions such as anxiety, depression, fatigue, asthma and insomnia.
Yoga can ease pain. Studies have demonstrated that practicing yoga asanas (postures), meditation or a combination of the two, reduced pain for people with conditions such as cancer, multiple sclerosis, auto-immune diseases and hypertension as well as arthritis, back and neck pain, and other chronic conditions. Some practitioners report that even emotional pain can be eased through the practice of yoga.
Yoga teaches people to take slower, deeper breaths. This helps to improve lung function, trigger the body's relaxation response and increase the amount of oxygen available to the body.
Yoga helps to improve flexibility and mobility, increasing range of movement and reducing aches and pains. Many people can't touch their toes during their first yoga class.
