Swimming is a low-impact exercise that is safe and beneficial for all ages and can be incorporated into any existing workout routine. Our coaches are also available for open-water ocean swim training (sighting, in-and-outs) both for individuals and for groups.

Our squash pro will work with a player's natural abilities to develop the fundamental skills necessary for both fitness and long-term success. TriFit features two outdoor tennis courts in the beautifully landscaped Colorado Center Park. We have 3 USPTA certified coaches that offer a range of private and group lessons and clinics for players at all ages and levels.

Jeff offers a variety of performance tests and services that will give you an edge on your competition including V02 max test, lactate threshold test, and exercising and resting metabolic.

Run Gait Analysis
Using POSE technique™, our coaches will videotape, analyze, and educate you on proper biomechanics to enhance efficiency. Using a series of progressive and specific drills and exercises, our running coaches will focus on proper technique to enhance your overall performance in training and competition while keeping you injury free.
Swim Stroke Analysis
Using both our underwater and overhead cameras to videotape and analyze your swim stroke, our coaches will break down the various phases of your swim stroke and work on perfecting biomechanics and enhancing swim efficiency. A series of guided progressive drills and exercises will be implemented during the session which will focus on enhancing swim economy and overall speed.
Enhance comfort, optimize overall efficiency, and minimize risk of injury with a properly adjusted bike. Variances in body sizes and proportions, levels of fitness and flexibility, and technique and skill all affect a cyclist's position. Proper positioning can ensure maximum comfort, while enhancing aerodynamics, power/watts, and overall performance.
Triathlon / Race Programming
Customized program packages are available for individuals as well as groups preparing to compete in cycling, triathlon, and run races. Package options include: comprehensive weekly training plans with scheduled mileage; individualized heart rate training zones; nutrition and fueling plans; and coached (group and individual) workout sessions.
Boost energy levels for sports performance, with our state-of-the-art altitude simulation from Hypoxico. This safe and drug-free system delivers high altitude (hypoxic) and sea level (normal) air alternately via a mask, inducing beneficial adaptation for athletes training for races in altitude.
Improve your aerobic conditioning and train with precision using scientific blood lactate data collected while you exercise at gradually increasing intensities. Training zones are prescribed based on heart rate, power, pace or a combination of each to suit your needs.

TriFit's RD Jeff Rothschild offers a range of biometric screenings include medical grade body fat and bone density screenings, hydration status, blood pressure, lipid profiles, and resting blood glucose. Utilizing the Seca mBCA (medical body composition analyzer), Jeff will break down your weight into fat mass and fat-free mass, body water (made up of extracellular water and intracellular water) and skeletal muscle mass.
Resting Metabolic Rate Test (RMR)
