together, we can improve your physical shape. we train your body and use small steps to get you in the best shape of your life. this program is ideal for extreme sport athletes and runners training for longer runs.

we will train at tri-lakes fitness, which offers us reasonable rates and machines i am familiar with. we particularly pay attention to your posture and technique to make sure you do not get hurt. we are very focused on finding the right kind of challenge for you. we want to train your muscles, not destroy them!

This is why a personal trainer takes your individual requirements into consideration and creates a training environment that corresponds directly to your expectations. We are here to give you helpful advice and help you achieve exactly what you want. Not everyone likes to train alone. Sometimes, it is helpful to have a friend with you, so you can cheer each other on. Our training methods also offer you these types of training choices, so that you can get exactly what you are looking for.
Solo
The classic training program. You are the client and I am your trainer. We can jog through the parks together or work out on the machines. In this type of training situation, I don’t see myself as the drill sergeant but as a motivation partner who supports you in your goals. You run 5 miles, I run 5 miles. That’s how easy it is. Let's achieve your goal together, and that is enough motivation for me to work just as hard as you do.
Girlfriend Special / Couples
You don’t do anything without your best girlfriend? No problem. we can train and motivate both of you together. Some experience has shown that having a friend alongside motivates some clients to top performances that otherwise would never have been possible.
Family
A close-knit family is a guarantee to good results: in the kitchen, on vacation, and also in the gym. Of course, the training for the entire family is based on the minimum skill level of all family members. It is very important to us that no one gets left behind. After all, we want to achieve something together! We do not provide any child care! However, children are welcome and can sit in front with an activity you bring for them.

Where Does The Training Take Place?
most of my clients are directly from monument or the surrounding areas. we can jog together on the santa fe trail and work out together in the gym. that does not mean, however, that i do not sometimes take longer trips to get to know new running paths in your area. just contact me. i am sure we can find a trail or hike a hill that will elevate our heart rate.

all the trainers are certified, many specialize in certain fields and keep up with ongoing credits.
Why Should I Spend Money On A Personal Trainer?
the main purpose is to motivate you and develop a customized training program that corresponds to your requirements, limitations and goals. in addition, we are your advisor. we can detect when your posture is not quite right or when you are putting too much pressure on the wrong muscles. we can recommend running shoes or the right exercise to do to fix the problem.
How Often Should I Train With A Trainer?
that is entirely up to you and depends on the amount of time you have and how committed you are. usually, i train with my clients twice a week.
