Where to start
I grew up with a French Louisiana / Texas costal Palette . Mom always had a quiche to munch on. When cooking for a family of four , (She made everything from scratch )she would need some help in the kitchen and being the oldest ,well you get the picture .
I have been cooking up a storm professionally since 1990 . I have worked under chefs in all realms of my field . Traveled to alaska and Work the fishing and crab boats .Went to Scottsdale Culinary Institute (Ehh) ,while working at T. Cooks( Yaaa ! The Best Kitchen and staff no substitutions) .Traveled to Holland and lived for a year, (what a Loving Country ) worked in The L’Auberge Damhotel in Edam under (Richard Plat & Crew) .Lots to add ., I’ll bore you if I go any further .

Now working with a (full fledged kitchen ) in a trailer .
