Stephen and Mary each have 25 years experience in the hospitality industry. Stephen began making pizza in the Capitola, Cailfornia area at the early age of twelve. Mary began tending bar in a local club in New York state when she was eighteen.
Mary's carreer spans three states – New York, Florida and Washington. She has worked in many different types of restaurants. Her continuous growth in food and beverage knowledge even included a management position at a Seattle icon, the Space Needle.
