For 4 years, Joseph has been Executive Chef at Babylon Carriage House. After a Culinary Learning journey to Calabria, Italy, Joseph knew that it was time for him to take his creative edge and experience, working side by side with Master and Michelin Rated Chefs, and cut his own path into New York Dining. That Path lead him to trattachino, the new american eatery, and begins right here in his home town of South Shore, Long Island.
trattachino has given Joseph the ability to take his acquired Italian techniques, and mesh them with his master grasp of other primary ethnic cuisines, so he can put his exciting plates out to Long Islanders in standard, as well as, European portions. They can be enjoyed at a very modest cost for today's economy, while at the same time, they will not make you feel stuffed (if that's not your intention).
