High intensity indoor cycling (a.k.a. spin or spinning) means you get a good dose of interval training with yoga (spin 30-40 mins, then yoga for remainder of the time). High intensity intervals are a good complement to your other forms of training. The time flies by, this is a fun and challenging way to train whether your goal is to improve your endurance, change your body, or add variety to your fitness routine. You can always scale back to make it easier or scale up to make it as intense as you'd like. These are small group training sessions, playlist requests are welcome.
