Sydney Circuit
A high intensity circuit style workout that's great for overall conditioning. You'll work through four different stations targeting both upper and lower body muscles. A huge calorie burner!
Mighty Mate
Mighty Mate is Training Mate's traditional circuit class, consisting of up to 10 exercises. Designed to get you "runway ready" this class will work your entire body like no other. There's so much fun to pack in we've had to make this one a full hour!
Bondi Burn
An upper body burn out with high intensity cardio thrown in. This is a huge strength builder with the added benefit of tight, toned arms, back and chest

Tighten up down under with this awesome lower body workout. Resistance exercises and intense cardio have been specifically designed for the WeHo catwalks. Your legs and butt will burn...but it's worth it
