Ed Mazzuchelli - Owner
As a current gym owner/author/personal trainer/corporate wellness consultant/competitor coach/and Musclemania Professional Bodybuilder. Ed's passion for fitness has evolved into a multifaceted career. His expertise and true passion is helping individuals achieve their transformation goals. This can be in the form of competition, or just reaching a physical goal the individual client aspires to obtain.
Zach loves to work with athletes of all ages to help them build strong foundations for their future. Zach graduated from Colby-Sawyer College with a Bachelors of Science in exercise science. Upon graduation he became a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Zach played rugby in high school and continued to play during his time in college. Aside from rugby Zach now competes in mixed martial arts.
Julie loves being active and healthy and wants to share her knowledge and passion for fitness with others. Julie attended Boston College on a full scholarship for track. While at Boston College she was an All American, Big East champion and multiple time national qualifier. After graduating i coached cross country, she became a physical education teacher, and later started training high school athletes at Peak Performance Strength and Conditioning.
She loves helping others feel good about themselves through fitness. She is a fitness and power lifting enthusiast, having competed in her first power lifting competition this past year. Tina will also be instructing some of the Boot Camp Classes, she describes her it as a high intensity circuit training with a fun combination of cardio, weight training, and body weight exercises. Designed to build strength and to get your heart rate going. Come take a class with Tina, have fun, burn calories, and build strength!
