Indo-Row® captures all the elements of competitive, on-water rowing; this class is fast-paced and engaging from the first minute. You'll learn proper form, row your way through some waves and intervals, and build up to a friendly yet competitive "race." Indo-Row® is for first-time rowers and rowing enthusiasts. / REMINDERS: 1) You must arrive 5-15 minutes early to allow time to check-in and prepare for class. Should you not arrive in time, your reservation may be given to another member on the waitlist. 2) Classes are on a strict schedule. Because of this, our doors will be locked on the hour. Unfortunately, there are no exceptions. 3) Must have clean shoes before entering the studio. 4) Please allow 6 hours for cancellations to avoid loss of credit or a fee for a no show or late cancel if you have a membership.
