New York Strip
10 oz. NY strip rubbed with coffee, salt and pepper. The steak sauce is made in house and has a very pungent and savory flavor. Served with warm German potato salad with mustard and cucumbers.
2 chicken quarters brined with beer, salt, sugar and hot sauce. With a lager-pepper glaze that is tart and peppery to cut the richness of the chicken. Served with curried onions, roasted root veggies (Yukon gold potatoes and sweet potatoes) and parsnips that are sliced thin and roasted with herbs.
8 oz. brined chicken breast. Comes with crispy pork, romaine, charred tomatoes (the same tomatoes from fish sandwich), crushed avocado (the same avocado from the tacos), pickled onions, roasted poblanos, hollandaise made with bacon fat instead of butter, and shallot-thyme vinaigrette (made with lemon juice, olive oil, shallots, honey and Dijon mustard).
Two 4 oz. Angus chuck patties with Dijonaise, red onion and pickle. Aged cheddar and pickles made in-house. Choose a meat preparation: Rare, Medium Rare, Medium, Medium Well, Well Done.
Cheese Steak Sandwich
5 oz. of thinly shaved NY strip with crimini mushrooms, caramelized onions, horseradish cream and topped with beer cheese. Serve on a pretzel bun from Prop and Peller.
Blackened Fish Sandwich
6 oz. filet of blackened amberjack (a Gulf fish with a medium fish taste and meaty texture). Comes with grape tomatoes that are charred and cooled, tarragon mayo (made of tarragon, fennel seed, garlic and lemon juice) and romaine lettuce. Served on grilled sourdough.
Shrimp Ceviche Tacos
3 mini tacos of shrimp poached in salt and water. With a cilantro-lime marinade (marinated to order), napa slaw and avocado. The marinade is lime juice, cilantro and habanero peppers. The napa slaw is crunchy and slightly spicy and sweet.
Wonton chips, wasabi crema, sweet chili sauce and raw high-grade tuna tossed in sweet and spicy sauce. Wasabi crema has a mild wasabi flavor. A high-end version of tuna nachos.
6 oz. of chopped chicken with gochujang aioli and fried pickles. Gochujang is a hot pepper paste and aioli is another word for mayo. The fried pickles are the same ones from the fried pickle plate.
