Align, Balance & Heal with Chakra Healing
Align, Balance & Heal with Chakra Healing Description. Whether you already have knowledge of the energy centers in your body (chakras) or you are just starting off on your journey in this discovery, this 4 week course will give you the opportunity to start a practice of self awareness, self healing and self alignment. Chakras are energy centers in our body. We have thousands, but for the purpose of this course and this practice, we will be focusing on the main 7 chakras from the root to the crown. We will be discussing how our "crazy" mind can directly affect the energy centers within us, and create unbalance, misalignment and dis-ease in our physical reality. You will learn how to feel:an increased self awareness of the connection between your thoughts, your emotions and your physical reality;a better sense of self control and self mastery in every moment; an increased sense of balance and alignment, and feeling of wellness; more secure and stable; more sensual and creative; more self confident and powerful; more heart centered and open hearted; more in touch with your own truth and the courage to express it; more intuitive and perceptive; more connected spiritually and living in trust and faith. Each week we will be delving into the meaning and vibration, color, and realm of each chakra, and exploring how we can become emotionally and physically unbalanced if one or more of these centers is sluggish or malnourished. We will discuss and learn about 2 chakras per week, and I will be offering a 10 minute meditation at the end of each class to fully align oneself with the frequency of those centers we have touched on. On the last class we will meditate for 30 minutes from the root chakra through to the crown and align ourselves into perfect balance between the feminine and masculine aspects of ourselves. (includes Chakra Meditation CD). Internationally acclaimed intuitive artist, teacher and author, Jo Jayson was born and educated in the UK and began her career as a muralist in London, Sydney, and New York. In 2008, she began expressing Divine Feminine energies into her own paintings, completing her much loved "Goddess Chakra" series. In 2011, she unveiled the beginning of her "Sacred Feminine" series of paintings, unfolding a body of work that contained thirteen channeled feminine energies. Jo has emerged as an internationally intuitive artist and spiritual teacher, helping women all over the world find empowerment, healing, and inspiration. She is the author of the award-winning book "Self-Love Through the Sacred Feminine, " a companion to her Sacred Feminine Oracle cards. Jo sells her paintings, prints, guidance cards, and meditation CDs worldwide and regularly offers self-healing workshops and classes online and around the United States.

Framing the practice, maps of time and personal space are defined and refined. Themes using asana as origami, manipulating form for function, and developing a sense of personal measure are incorporated in Katonah Yoga practices. Katonah Yoga is organized around three principles of esoteric dialogue: all polarities are mediated by trinity; the universe has pattern, pattern belies intelligence; by virtue of repetition there is potential for insight.
