Beer
Hops-De-Leon IPA - India Pale Ale 7.2%
Citra, Summit, and Simcoe hops deliver a powerful punch, for our year round IPA that would restore most any hop head's youth. Food Pairings: Grilled Meat, Medium Cheddar Cheese
Saison in the Raw - French Saison
Not your typical French Saison. We used 40 pounds of Turbinado Sugar (Sugar in the Raw) to impart a slight "rumminess" to the beer. Notes of orange and lemon in the aroma lead to a deceivingly dry finish. Food Pairings: Salads, Pound Cake
Super Cereal Pale Ale - American Pale Ale / Oats 6.5%
We're super cereal about this awesome Oat Pale Ale. This hopped up American Pale Ale was brewed with loads of flaked oats. The oats lend a creaminess unique to traditional Pale Ales. And yea, we hopped it like crazy. Food Pairings: Seared Fish, Vinaigrette Salad
Cukes N' Cream - American Style Cream Ale 5.1%
This American Style Cream Ale was "dry cuked" with 175 pounds of fresh cucumbers. Strong notes of melon in the aroma lead to a crushable finish. Too bad you can't ride your lawn mower inside our brewery, because this beer was made for it. Food Pairings: Fresh Salads, Fish
A subtle smokiness gives way to dark fruit and chocolate notes. This dark and bold porter is a great introduction to the darker side of craft beer. Food Pairings: Roasted Turkey, Banana Creme
Colognial Kolsch-style Ale - Kolsch-Style Ale 5.2%
Brewed in accordance with the Reinheitsgrebot, this Kolsch-Style Ale will transport you to Cologne, Germany. We used 100% Weyermann Malts and 100% German Spalt hops. We even imitated Cologne, Germany's water profile. Prost! Food Pairings: Pungent Cheese, Fresh Fish
