About Us
All of our cooking is done in our custom-built, 1000 degree anthracite coal-burning oven for a taste unlike anything you have ever experienced. Our pizza sauce is made from scratch with Italian Plum tomatoes, fresh basil and garlic for true old-world fresh tomato taste. We use only the best mozzarella available and we are so picky about taste that we filter all of the water used for our sandwich bread, pizza dough and beverages.
With oven baked sandwiches, gluten free wraps, pizza creations and delicious appetizers on the menu, there is something for everyone to enjoy!
