She enjoys watching the thrill of the finish each time a runner accomplishes that goal they thought was unachievable.
The High School conditioning program began when her oldest daughter needed to prepare for double session of her Fall HS season.
Understanding the importance of strength and conditioning Barbara partnered with kathy Skalecki to devolop a unique program to educate the girls on proper nutrition, body mechanics and technique. Setting the female athlete up for success on the field is what this program is about.
Testimonials
EH, May 2013
Never would have guessed picking up a postcard at PT in March would have me running my first 5K in May! The group dynamic of training and the non-intimidating atmosphere was the best! Encouragement all around. Sharing pain and gain all the way to the finish line was a great experience. And now that I did it, I want to do it again!!

Thank you so much Barb for the great experience! I've learned so much about running as well as got to meet some really nice people...thanks to you! I am surprised to say that I really enjoyed my first 5K and that I've already registered for my second!

I challenged Barb on our first session, " I hate to run, can you teach me the right way to run, so I might like it?" Guess what, I now feel like taking a run and miss it when I can't fit one in. The support of this group was amazing and the program really works! Got to run.
