Holiday Christmas Baskets!
A basket filled with delicious holiday treats as well as traditional Pueblo goodies. Our large baskets contain a jar of our famous Chokecherry Jelly, our medium baskets contain more of our traditional Pueblo goodies, and our small basket has an equal amount of holiday treats and Pueblo goodies.

Chokecherry Jelly

Chokecherries grow along the river, and are harvested in large quantities, juiced, and then processed into jelly by the owners and chefs of Tiwa Kitchen. This product is bottled in an 8oz glass jar and is sold individually or can be sold by the case.
Indian Cookies

These cookies are similar to a sugar cookie, in our language it is translated as sweet bread because it has more of a bread texture. These cookies are made with traditional designs that are passed down to each generation. They have a cinnamon sugar mixture on top as well as sprinkles. Each cookie is about 3" to 4" long/wide and are sold by the dozen.
Outdoor Oven Bread

This uniquely delicious bread is prepared the night before, it rises overnight and is then put into pans early in the morning. While the fire burns the bread rises in the pans and is then baked in our outdoor oven for about 30 minutes. It has a very soft bouncy texture to it with a nice crunchy crust. This goes best with our Chokecherry Jelly!

Blue Corn Pancake Mix

Feast Day Red Chili Mix

This packaged dry mix has directions for making our Pork Red Chili Stew, which is seen in Pueblo homes all over New Mexico for annual Feast Days. This mix can also be used to make Red Chili Sauce with or without meat. This product contains red chili powder as well as regular flour.

Wild Plum Jam

This jam is created with wild plums that grow around the base of our mountain. These plums grow to about 2 inches and turn red when they are ripe, the seed is taken out and jam is made with its flesh and sweet tangy juices. If you like a tart but deliciously sweet jam then this is perfect for you!
Chokecherry Syrup

Chokecherries grow along the river and in mountainous areas, they are harvested in large quantities, juiced, and then processed into syrup by the owners and chefs of Tiwa Kitchen Restaurant. This product is bottled in an 8oz or 2oz glass jar and is sold individually or can be sold by the case. At Tiwa Kitchen we use this syrup on pancakes, over ice cream, and to make our one of a kind Chokecherry Lemonade, and iced tea.
