Our boxing classes are high-intensity total body workouts that build strength, flexibility, stamina, confidence, and so much more. There is no actual fighting involved - "we box to get fit, not hit." You will learn true boxing techniques and will work out at your own level - you start from where you are and build over time. Our trainers will motivate and encourage you to do your best. Whether you are experienced or brand new to boxing, you will burn mega-calories and have fun!
The first 15
Your fifteen minute warm up will get your blood pumping with a complete range of exercises such as stretching, running in place, calisthenics, jumping, lunging and squats, all of which can be tailored to match your fitness level. This warm up will get you ready to hit the bag.
30 minutes on the bag
The bulk of your workout is set up in three minute rounds that include a variety of boxing combinations separated by one minute of "active rest." This gives you a break, while keeping your heart rate up. The variety of jab, cross, hook, and uppercut punches will tone and strengthen your body with each punch.
The last 15
The last 15 minutes are devoted to an intense core workout using body resistance and equipment such as medicine balls. You'll cool down with floor work and toning exercises.

First Shot Free
We can't wait for you to try Title Boxing Club Mountain View and your first experience is free (and awesome!). Just give us a call to schedule. We'll ask you to come in 20-30 minutes before your first class to get an orientation that includes introducing you to the trainer and demonstrating the punches so you're ready to go! No experience is necessary - just wear comfortable workout clothes and closed-toe athletic shoes (no bare feet please). We have loaner gloves for first-timers, so all you need to do is show up and we'll take good care of you.

30 minute kickboxing workout
The bulk of your workout is set up in three minute rounds that include a variety of boxing and kickboxing combinations separated by one minute of "active rest." This gives you a break, while keeping your heart rate up. The variety of front kicks, roundhouses, back kicks, as well as jab, cross, hook, and uppercut punching techniques will tone and strengthen your body with each punch and kick strike.

The last 15 minutes are devoted to an intense core workout using body resistance and equipment such as medicine balls. You'll cool down with floor work and toning exercises.

Your trainer will champion your fitness goals, including nutrition and exercise. After assessing your fitness level and skills and identifying your goals, your personal trainer will develop a program that's just right for you.
Personal training sessions are available for purchase at your local TITLE Boxing Club.
