You'll practice drills to perfect your form, developing power, speed, and flexibility in the process. You'll also get plenty of sparring work develop your ability to read and react to opponents, so that you'll have the confidence to execute your technique in the real world. Learn to take your protection into your own hands during this introductory self-defense course accessible to all levels of skill and fitness. You'll learn easy to remember and execute techniques to ward off attacks, whether your assailant is armed or not, plus strikes and takedowns to subdue them. In addition to internalizing these potentially life-saving skills, you'll be developing a level of confidence that will serve you well both in a fight and out of it. Now, you just need to work on your ominous one liners.
