In this class perfect for the student looking for a challenge, you'll learn how to execute essential fighting techniques while getting an incredible workout. Practice moves such as kicks, takedowns, sweeps, punches, and escapes that will train both your mind and body as your professional instructor guides and motivates you. Through each lesson, you'll gain coordination and build your confidence along with your self defense skills.
