All of our baked goods are made with organic butter, flour, sugar, fruit, nuts, etc. The following are selections of what you may find in our bakery. Our bakery menu changes daily. We do not cater but If you are interested in special order cakes please email bakery@threeforknc.com, someone will respond in 24 hours to let you know if it is something we can make for you. Do note we need about 48-72 hours to accommodate special orders.
Cookies
What's a bakery without cookies?! We always have Bittersweet Chocolate Chip Cookies with Walnuts & Coarse Sea Salt on hand, as well as oatmeal raisin cookies, gingersnaps, vegan chocolate chunk and gluten free coconut macaroons. Our other cookie selections might include our Triple Chocolate Brownies, Lemon Bars, Coconut Hazelnut Blondies or our Almond Sandwich Cookies (filled with incredibly rich chocolate ganache), or perhaps the flakiest Palmier you've ever had. Stop in to see our daily rotating selection.
Muffins & Scones
Each day we offer a selection of muffins and scones, made with the highest quality butter and buttermilk. Scone selections might include bacon & parmesan, toasted walnut & cardamom or cherry ginger. Muffins might include pear pecan millet, banana coffee walnut or strawberry lemon.

Celebrate Three Fork's 10th birthday with this light, easy drinking blonde ale! Brewed with pilsner and a touch of wheat and lightly hopped for a super refreshing beer. Party on! 18 IBU's 5% ABV
Papa's Beach Pilsner
German Pilsner brewed with German pilsner malt and a touch of pale wheat. Balanced with German noble hops and fermented clean with our favorite German yeast strain. Light, crisp, and crushable! Gluten Reduced. 26 IBU's 5% abv.
Oak Tree Pale Ale
Classic American Pale Ale brewed with a blend of 2 Row and Munich malts creating just the right balance with an assertive citrus hop aroma. Hopped with Amarillo, Cascade and Citra. 36 IBU's. 5.9% abv.
Emerald Pool IPA
West Coast IPA hopped generously with the holy trinity of hops: Mosaic, Citra, and Simcoe. Big tropical and citrus notes with some subtle dank and pine. A perfect blend and our flagship beer. 60 IBU's. 6.9% abv.
Dynamite Double IPA
West Coast Double IPA brewed with a mind-blowing explosion of hops creating a complex blast of hop aroma and flavor. Double Dry-hopped with Amarillo, Simcoe, and Idaho 7. 100 IBU's 8.5% abv
Purdon Porter
Brewed with black and chocolate English malts and fermented with an English ale yeast. This Porter is balanced yet smooth with luxurious notes of chocolate and coffee. 31 IBU's. 5.7% ABV.
Seance Saison
Belgian Saison brewed with pilsner and rye malt and fermented extra dry with a Belgian Farmhouse ale yeast creating a unique profile of subtle fruit and spice with notes of light bread crust, clove and black pepper. Finishes crisp with a snappy clean bitterness from German noble hops. Brewer's choice. 31 IBU's 6.5% ABV
