Thomas Sweet Ice Cream and Chocolates of New Brunswick, owned and operated by Jennifer and Michael Schnur, has been providing quality frozen desserts and homemade chocolates since 1983. Located just one block off the Rutgers University Campus, at 55-57 Easton Avenue in between Hamilton Street and Somerset Street, this store has served generations of Rutgers students. We continue to produce all of our ice cream on-location, using the finest confections, nuts and superior dairy products. We have over 100 classic and original ice cream flavors from the top-secret Thomas Sweet recipe book, as well as soft frozen yogurt, ice cream cakes, refreshing sorbets, smoothies and ices.
