At Third Coast Pilates we continue to teach the original classical, New York Studio style of Pilates and have for twenty-four years. We offer semi-private sessions in either the restorative (soft) or stimulating (hard) styles in a friendly, casual, non-competitive environment. All our instructors are certified Pilates teachers who continue to expand their knowledge of the rehabilitation and physical conditioning techniques of the Pilates method through in-house training with studio owner and Master Teacher, Joe Teague.
