All our Pressure Washing work is chemical free. If a soap is needed we use only Simple Green. Simple Green All-Purpose Cleaner is the leader of non-toxic, biodegradable, environmentally safer cleaning products. Simple Green is non-corrosive and non-toxic for plants and safe for the environment. At our customer’s request, we treat roofs with a granular zinc sulfate that is applied to the roof after it has been cleaned, to kill any remaining moss. Zinc sulfate is EPA approved and won't harm your plants or siding. Rain and wind naturally wash away any remaining dead moss.
