We slow smoke all of our meats with traditional hickory wood. The smokers get loaded up the night before and every morning to provide the fresh est "Q" possible. It is likely that on most days we can run out of certain items. Get here early or leave hungry! Bar-B-Q served with honey slaw, collard greens, corn bread, and baked beans. Pulled Pork, Sliced Brisket and Texas Sausage served on Texas Toast far soppin' up the sauce. Substitutions are available for an extra charge
