We've got a variety of classes based on interest and skill level.
Classes
All newly purchased 10 and 20 packs will have a one year expiration. All students who sign up online for a class will be marked as attending that class, whether they show or not.
Active Flow
This one hour class is running on a limited basis for the month of August. This class is designed to bring fun and movement while holding poses as long as you might in a level 1 type class. Think Vinyasa with alignment.
Beginner's +
This is the perfect class for those of you who are new-ish to yoga but want a more challenging practice than our Intro classes provide. We'll do foundational Pranayama (breath work) Vinyasa flow, and gentle inversions all in a natural flowing sequence.
Curvy Yoga
Yoga really is for every one, regardless of size, shape or fitness level, and Curvy yoga creates an environment where you can come and get your asana on without worrying about fitting in, keeping up or standing on your head. We welcome all comers, male and female, old and young, the students in class define the pace, and we'll offer lots of modifications to help you get the most of your practice. Yoga is supposed to be fun, not scary, and we'll make sure that it is.
DudeYoga
Men need Yoga. Men generally are much less flexible than women. Yoga can help tremendously. In DudeYoga, a one hour practice, men will begin the guided process of turning back the aging clock. Only men will be present for this class and a man will lead the class. We will slowly, methodically begin to work on the following. Flexibility, Core Strength, Stamina, Balance, Breath Work. Athletes at the professional level are starting to get hip to the anti-aging benefits of Yoga. This class is limited to 10 spots. This is your time.
Flow, Flip & Fly
This all-levels vinyasa class will establish the cornerstones of breath, balance and strength for greater stability and ease in all postures, including arm balances and inversions.
Happy Hour Flow
this is a new class designed for those of you who want to get in a brisk vinyasa flow class after work. Set you up right for the evening. Breath, stretch and alignment in a really fun & fast setting.
Hot Lunch Express
Intro To Yoga
a welcoming class that will encourage newbies to get in touch with their breath, perform easy poses/asanas, and build in quiet strength and flexibliity.
Level 1
For summer on the roof, this class has been changed to Level 1; poses are held longer, and the poses themselves are a bit more challenging than Intro/Beginner practice.

Sunday Restorative
Give your fried nervous system and overworked body a chance to rejuvenate with this 90-minute class that leaves you feeling refreshed, renewed, and ready to start your work week. Props, longer holds, and breath work help the mind relax, and gravity-rather than effort-allows the body to release whatever is holding you down. With a focus on extreme self-care, the result is a calm clarity and inner strength that helps you show up better in your life.
Upstairs/Downstairs
Moms and Dads upstairs for a brisk 60 minute Vinyasa flow, while down below in the studio, the kiddos have a fabulous Yoga Session with Nicole.
Yin Yoga
Yen is a deep tissue-challenging, steady and static form of Yoga that helps the student engage the non-stretching tissue (or fascia) on a profound level. Deep tissue massaging; calming and restorative. Saturday afternoon. Take a nap after and feel the most relaxed in months.
Candlelight Yoga
Candlelight Yoga is a warm, restorative class that is intimate and nurturing. The perfect choice for unwinding after a stressful week, this class will focus on breath and poses that induce a calm and restful sense of wellness.
Gentle Vinyasa
This class can be practiced by beginners as well as the more experienced Yogi. With an emphasis on flowing movement, students are invited to integrate motion & breath in (mostly) restorative poses.
Hot Mess
Hot Mess is a fast and and fun hour of really warm Vinyasa (flowing movement). Leave feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Bring lots of H20.
Kids' Yoga
Kids love yoga, too! In this one-hour class, kids will be playfully introduced to the practice with an introduction to basic poses, yoga-based games, and breathing. For kids aged six and older. Parents can choose to stay or drop off.
Warm Sculpt
A 60-minute Vinyasa style yoga flow in a heated room with the added benefit of strength training. YogaSculpt incorporates weights, cardio, and yoga flow to help you feel strong, energized and refreshed. You will leave with a feeling of strength while still feeling refreshed.
Warm Vinyasa
The warm Vinyasa class is perfect for those who want to sweat while fully incorporating breath and movement in a heated room (90 degrees). Bring your water bottle and your attitude.
Private Sessions
We cater to you, the yoga novice who has perhaps never practiced yoga, or has practiced so long ago it seems like never. If this is you, then a few Private Sessions are the perfect remedy.

In either half hour or one hour segments ($40/$75) one of our talented
and certified Yoga instructors will look at you and listen to you carefully in order to know what your needs are and how your body responds to movement. Then, we'll devise a plan with one idea in mind: to get you comfortably 'up to speed' so that you can join with our growing community in one of our diverse and joyous classes. We won't let you linger in private session limbo; when you're ready to jump in, we'll be there in class with you, cheering you on.
