The Wine Bar and Bistro on Lark is a unique venue located at 200 Lark St. in the fabulous Center Square neighborhood of Albany, New York. Chef / Owner Kevin P. Everleth is a classically trained Culinary Institute of America graduate who specializes in French cuisine. Our new Executive Chef Jason T. Baker is also classically trained at Le Cordon Bleu. His expertise and creativity are truly amazing. The menu is updated weekly to keep new and exciting options available.Upon entering the restaurant guests are welcomed not only by the friendly staff, but also the work of numerous local artists and lovely European Bistro style décor. he Wine Bar and Bistro on Lark has hundreds of bottles of wine to choose from and over 50 wines offered by the glass year round. We are also pleased to announce that our establishment has received The Wine Spectator Award of Excellence for 2009 and 2010.
